　We would like to express our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the Great Tohoku Kanto Earthquake that occurred on March 3th.
　I would also like to express my heartfelt respect to all those who are working through the night to provide relief and restore medical infrastructure in the area.

　When providing medical care in a disaster-stricken area, the doctor or medical institution may change each time. Be sure to give the patient a piece of paper with the details of the treatment (especially prescriptions) written on it so that the details of the treatment can be passed on to the next healthcare provider as much as possible.
　Copy medical forms may be distributed by local governments, and in case they are not available, those who go to medical treatment in disaster areas can also use existing photocopy forms (various slip forms, consent forms, etc.) So let's bring it.
